"We are determined to give everybody in the UK and the world the opportunity to share in the knowledge that is out there and the positive approaches to managing MS that many people have. We then believe that from knowledge comes strength. The strength that comes also from knowing that you are not alone." Lawrence Wood - former Chief Executive- The MSRC- www.ms-uk.org |
GET YOUR HANDS ON A COPY NOW!!! |
This magazine is a must for anyone who had Multiple Sclerosis, gives a damn, and who want to do something about it. Each bimonthly magazine is packed full of information on a whole variety of topics, ranging from self-help therapies, the latest research news, letters, discussions, benefits info, tips on how to live on less, diet, nutrition and much much more! It is all incredibly encouraging and positive. The folk who founded the MS-UK (formerly MSRC) are now my friends and my heroes. |
This year I was asked if I would like to help edit the magazine and I now contribute articles regularly! I learn a great deal from Judy Graham who is the magazines former editor! She has had MS for many years but like so many of us she has found her way of managing the illness, she has written books on the subject, all worth a read! (see below)! |
